Additional details:

Raffle for the Holly Clacy Foundation. To be drawn on 27th January at The Oakland Hotel SWF. £1 a ticket. The event and raffle is in memory of a school girl who took her own life in South Woodham Ferrers last November, just 2 weeks before her 16th birthday.  Holly’s family are hoping to buy a parcel of land on Radar Hill where Holly was found and devote it for the local community to use. They are exploring options but at least will be buying 2 memorial benches with plaques and possibly funding for counselling services at local schools.We are looking for:

• 1) local shops and businesses to donate prizes or provide sponsorship. Will have link to their web page from this one. 
• 2) suitable venues to sell raffle tickets.
• 3) volunteers to help. Meet Club Woodham Thursday 18/1/2018 at 8pm
• 4) a local Essex celebrity to draw the raffle at The Oaklands fund raising evening on 27 Jan.

More details of the fundraising day on Saturday, the 27th of January 2018 :

• The fund raising event starts at 1pm with a free children’s party, continues with
• Killer Darts at 3pm,
• 6-9pm Horse Racing,
• 9.30pm Singer and DJ. 
• The raffle will be drawn at intervals throughout the evening, so gives flexibility as to when our celebrity could appear.
